Meet Carly
My journey to becoming a Clinical Nutritionist began in 2020, inspired by my own health challenges. Being guided and educated by a Clinical Nutritionist for my own health, using a food as medicine approach, specific supplementation and making educated changes to my diet, I discovered how influential food can be towards healing, energy, and overall well-being.
Experiencing the transformative power of nutrition firsthand ignited my passion to help others do the same. I attained the Bachelors Degree in Clinical Nutrition, undergoing 360 hours of clinical placement to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to support individuals in making sustainable, life-changing dietary choices.
In addition to my nutrition expertise, I have over five years of experience as a personal trainer. This has deepened my understanding of the vital connection between exercise and nutrition in achieving optimal health.
